Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
